no, SAPI won't work in this particular case.  All that we have to identify the 
JES dsn is that it was created in JOB "X" with a jobnumber of "Y" and we know 
the Procstep, the step and the DDNAME of the sysout but we need to find the JES 
DSN so that we can open it with spool browse.
