TESTAUTH introduces additional requirements to ensure parallel TMP
functions correctly. I believe that TESTAUTH can't run an
unauthorized program when TESTAUTH requires AC(1) is the first
question. Joseph could temporarily authorize the unauthorized
program for his testing. If I remember correctly, the parallel TMP
can use LINK to call the second program. As for using IKJEFTSR
instead of LINK, I am a little skeptical but that's purely a guess.
Using z/XDC makes this easy.
