Okay I should have asked at what point was the SWA=ABOVE option available.

But an additional question would be as follows:  Will SWAREQ still work if
SWA=BELOW?  Does the SVA mechanism still work in that case?
If not, how do I test to determine if JSCBJCTA is an SVA token or a 24-bit
pointer?
