While I don't disagree with you, I will point out that ICSF was originally 
created to be an API with minimal tooling and we had expected other products 
(IBM and otherwise) to be built on top of us. From that perspective, the 
tooling we created was aimed at solving specific administrative tasks like 
loading/changing master keys, displaying status, setting up security, etc., so 
the operational key management tooling has always lagged behind.

You've known me long enough to know that I'm open to suggestions, so keep them 
coming!

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.
I'm going to familiarize with EasyICSF and CSKXFER, however currently I 
implemented Eisha Powers's set of REXX scripts which did the job.

In fact the number of tools clearly show there is lack of it in standard ICSF 
package. IMHO it was "underinvested" for years, however I see some new features 
in the panels.
