Very few hits on the web for EDC5130I. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/devops-deploy/8.0.1?topic=platform-troubleshooting-problems-zos talks about BPX_SHAREAS=YES and points to https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/2.3.0?topic=shell-setting-bpx-shareas-bpx-spawn-script which talks about setting _BPX_SHAREAS (note additional leading underscore). I tried all four values: _BPX_SHAREAS and BPX_SHAREAS as YES and NO and got the same error every time.
