Look at IFCID 92 and 97, they record the first 160 bytes of the AMS command text, IFCID 97 also has the IDCAMS RC. They are part of the PERFM CLASS(3) but I would start a CLASS(30) IFCID(92, 97) trace, to reduce overhead and volume of output.
