In my experience with VM, rexx is used quite a bit with CMS. And then with CMS pipes, it gets some more use.

Steve,

It definitely is geared mainly toward the various Rexx implementations
in the distributed world.

Which is not bad at all - both in private and professional life I
combine HLASM development with various other languages, depending on the
task at hand.
I find Rexx a very useful and flexible tool - more so since there are
options to port between environments.

Point in case, I am currently looking at porting large Rexx program from
z/OS to our distributed environment...

Kind regards,
Abe Kornelis.

Is this survey really geared for IBM-MAIN?

Till Winkler is currently conducting a survey on the usage of REXX.

If you are using REXX, please participate and forward this link:

The results will be presented on the REXX symposium in Vienna in May.

Thank you & best regards
