I remember development did a survey and found they got the "wrong" answers
from customers.

Q:What is the average size of your data? Answer 5001.25.
How do you get a quarter of a byte? Calculate the total size of data,
divide by count - simple.
One customer had 95% of size under 4KB, 2% at 50KB, and 1% at 4 MB+
The customer did the sums - and so gave another the wrong answer.
Development wanted "under 4KB"

I do not think development got much out of the data.
