Not sure "the public" cares but FWIW almost none. Trying to think of what I do 
from a command line. Use Windows GUI all the time but almost never the command 
line. Have a couple of .BAT scripts hung off of desktop icons -- that's it. I 
have used the CLI on my wife's Mac to solve problems but not in a while. I know 
almost enough z UNIX to be almost dangerous. ls and cat. chown and chmod. cp. 
mv. rm. I use the TSO "command line" from ISPF as much as any CLI: TSO 
exec_name. TSO OMVS. TSO REN ...

I am old and impatient but I do not share the GUI aversion of many of my peers. 
I love GUIs. I love drag and drop.
