I am guessing. Since it's about an 'unannounced' product, they don't want to give too much detail ahead of the official announcement. Hence a very high-level abstract for the 3 tracks 🙂

I'm back to "Has nobody at IBM ever gone to a conference or even a user group meeting?" I can't block off the whole day on the off-chance that something is interesting! At least it's virtual. A few years ago some org was pushing hard for me to attend an in-person conference, and their idea of an agenda was "sessions <times>, breaks <times>". I told them I couldn't commit to a day based on knowing when they were going to feed me; that seemed to be a tricky concept. Thanks for trying, Kurt! -----Original Message----- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List <IBM-MAIN@LISTSERV.UA.EDU> On Behalf Of Bfishing Sent: Wednesday, March 12, 2025 10:02 AM To: IBM-MAIN@LISTSERV.UA.EDU Subject: Re: IBM Z Day: April 8, 2025 *April 8th, 2025 10am - 5pm ET * *Unveiling the future of mainframe technologies with 3 content-rich technical tracks:* *🔹IBM zNext* – Experience cutting-edge enterprise computing with IBM zNext, featuring up to 8x AI processors per core for unmatched scale, performance, and security.
