I'm trying to do IMS calls using AIBTDLI. I successfully LOAD AIBTDLI.
My STEPLIB points to my load library and the IMS RESLIB.
DFSRESLB points to the IMS RESLIB.
Then I try issuing an IMS call (CIMS INIT or APSB) and the call fails S0C4.
The abend occurs in DFSLI000 near the beginning of the module.

There is 1 IMS address space running. It runs DXRRLM00.
My guess is that there is something "missing" that should be running in
order for AIBTDLI to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
