If:
- E(xtract) has already done (to sequential)
- T(ransformation) is not so complicated (packed to zoned is trivial) and
CSV writing as well
- L(oad) is inside or outside MF

take SORTing tool in consideration.
If you have COPY (Cobol and simple) you can think to fully automating the
SYSIN generation.
