We are having a problem getting a VPS instance to run. We have been on the phone with LRS for over 4 hours. As a trial error, we tried running the VPS as a batch job. It stayed up. Our VPS support person, who in my opinion is not very technical, stated that VPS must be run as a STC. Would anyone be able to say if running it as a batch job is OK?
