Long ago, in a galaxy far away, I had access to a 3180, which could be configured as models 2 through 5 and 2+ through 5+. When configured with an extended model number it would accept a BIND image from he host. I wrote a custom LOGMODE and happily ran with a 43x80 primary and a 27x132 secondary. Not as nice as a 3290, but still handy.
Now I only have application developer privileges, so I have to use InfoConnect with the standard logmodes. I know how to define a custom secondary size to InfoConnect, but is there a way to define a custom primary? Of course, what I really want is a 3290 look-alike, but nobody seems to be doing that. -- Shmuel (Seymour J.)
