Wrong.
HASJES2 is default name of the member. And it seems the member name was not specified in any way, because HASJES2 is "last resort". BTW: it is HASjesx where "jesx" is your JES2 name. Usually it is really JES2.

The specification of PARM is *not* ignored, however - as I wrote - PARM keyword used in START command nullifies PARM keyword in JCL procedure. But it is still possible to specify 'WARM,NOREQ,MEMBER=memname' in either START command or in JCL.
