Some messages, like ICH408I refer to UNIX file ID aka FID.
Usually it is FID(long_hex_number). In some case human-readable form is
also provided, but not always.
I vaguely remain there is some utility to translate FID hex number into
regular pathname like /usr/lpp/some/file
    ...
The hard way:
     find path ... -inum FID

<https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos/3.1.0?topic=descriptions-find-find-file-that-meets-specified-criteria>
-inum number
     Matches if the file has inode number number.
     number is a decimal number, optionally preceded by a plus or minus sign.
If a number is given without a sign, find tests for equality; a plus sign
implies greater than or older than, and a minus sign implies less than or newer
than.

(Is the mention of "older" and "newer" misplaced?)

I tried, it doesn't work.
FSUM6504 find: bad number specification in "C2D3...."
I displayed the inode, it has nothing to do with 31-character long FID hex string.
