No, SCRIPT/VS is the program that creates the L38PP file. I'm not aware of any 
PDF support in DCF, but there have been lots of programs that could 
post-process the Script output.

I think Seymour is referring to IBM Document Composition Facility (DCF), IBM 
Program No. 5748-XX9. IBM still markets and supports DCF.
