I think so. In the mid 1980's I would submit a job on hold with the JCL
I wanted to test, use INPUT ON and print $INTTEXT to a dataset. Then I
had a test version of the exit 6 I was working on that would run under
TSO TEST and read each line of that dataset to simulate it being passed
from JES2 for developing and debugging.

Didn't SDSF always have the ability to display internal text?

Subject: EVENTLOG in SYSOUT JES
Hello
Cross posted
I have almost implemented the SDSF racf security from ISFPRM in our
sandbox LPAR but I can see every batch job is carrying two new SYSOUT
automatically in the output.
I can see $INTTEXT and EVENTLOG is created for every batch job.
This behaviour was not there prior to SDSF security migration
Is there anything I need to be looking out for?
