I am trying to get an up to date copy of the PoOP and when I
check it for "J" instructions, I'm not finding them.
Is this because those really only exist in HLASM?
Certain instructions, I haven't used in years and wanted to make
sure they work, within reason (32 regs to 64 bit regs) as I
remembered.
