I can't seem to find anything now that the popular search engines are

I must have misinterpreted my search results. I have no insider
knowledge at all.
>From looking at profiles for my previous coworkers on LinkedIn, it appears
that Connect:Direct development and support was offloaded to Aricent around
2017. It looks like Altran acquired Aricent and CapGemini acquired Altran,
so it is unclear whether there is still the relationship between IBM and
(now) CapGemini. This link alludes to a partnership, but it does not
describe the nature of the relationship:
