Hint: use template.
Just create some member with all definitions needed to create a user.
Then CHANGE USER1 USER2.
If you really need it "automated" then use REXX/ISPF edit features.
BTW: Think about security model. Vast majority of RACF users should have
authorities coming from group membership. Such approach allows very easy
addition/deletion of users.
