I once made a contribution to an EBCDIC port of Lynx. I noted that the bug was due to EBCDIC; I yearned to try Lynx on z in the then new Enhanced ASCII support. Alas, the POSIX Curses library was not then (still?) available in z Enhanced ASCII.
