In the office, I had a pair of 24 inch monitors. Working from home, I bought a 43 inch 4k TV that I use as a monitor. It gives me the equivalent resolution of two 1080P monitors side by side, with two more above them, but without the borders between them. I'm not familiar with a 23x11 flat screen.
