A couple of questions...

In the past few years using MAINTMODE START and STOP, I've used SETXCF
START,REALLOCATE to move structures off of a CF for maintenance and back . I'm
just reading a suggestion to use SETXCF START,REBUILD,CFNAME=CFn,LOCATION=OTHER
to move off and SETXCF START,REALLOCATE to move back. What is the difference?
I've had excellent luck using REALLOCATE to go both ways. Have I just been
lucky?

We are getting ready to replace CF15 with CF13. I'm thinking I'll change the
policy to replace CF15 with CF13 in all structures, START the new policy which
results in a pending change for each structure changed then use REALLOCATE to
get MVS to eliminate all the pending changes rather than REBUILD each
structure. Is using REALLOCATE a risky way to REBUILD the structures? Is there
another way to change preference lists and eliminate CF15 for good?

Any advice will be appreciated
