I did that long ago, target is a UNIX hierarchy.  I'll try to find a copy if

I used IEBGENER to copy SDSF allocated data sets.

I used DDNAME to guess at FILEDATA(): SYSPRINT=TEXT, SYSPUNCH=BINARY, etc.

It's disappointing that JES does not indicate CCSID.

There's one JES3 data set that crashes IEBGENER.
