As Mark wrote, you can specify all "system parameters" (i.e., those in 
IEASYSxx) as an operand of DISPLAY IPLINFO to find out what the operand was.
In many cases that corresponds to parmlib members.

The data is all in the IPA control block (mapped by IHAIPA). You are welcome to 
write your own program to do whatever you want with data from that area.
