I'm editing the wiki article on IOCP. I've added information on Multiple Subchannel Subsystems starting with z9 and z10, but I'm not sure when Multiple Channel Subsystems and the mappiong of CHPID to PCHPID came in. Can anybody give me the relevant model and a link to a publication that does not require registration? Thanks.
