Because after decades of developing procedures and standards to meet our
business objectives, it does what we need pretty simply and at an unbeatable
cost. No need for retraining, no need to buy a scheduler, no need to insist
our customers upgrade from obsolete hardware and outdated operating systems.
In fact, no downside at all. Just the simple satisfaction of producing our
product on time and on budget (and keeping our jobs). The mundane stuff
that frequently gets lost in the discussion of the new bells and whistles.
