I have inherited some code which issues IKJDAIR X'14' . According to the doc , if the buffer is too small to receive all of the qualifiers, the buffer is filled as much as possible and return code x'28' is issued.
I am finding that if the buffer is too small that nothing is returned and return code x'28' is issued. The length field in the return buffer is zeroed. I haven't found an applicable APAR.
