Hi, We are starting to use new software that emulates an IPDS printer. The software runs on Windows, and seems like a PSF printer to z/OS.
We defined the software to have multiple trays. Each tray has a different size paper. We use the INTRAY parameter on the OUTPUT statement, and that directs to output to the correct tray. All this works fine when the output is directed to a predefined DD statement. We have a series of jobs (Control-D print missions) that allocate output DD statements dynamically. We coded an OUTPUT Statement with DEFAULT=YES in these jobs with INTRAY=2, but this doesn't seem to work. Should it be working?
