Looks nice, but not free (there is a 30 day trial).  I still use XMIT Manager 
and it does the job nicely.
A link is available right from the CBT web site on the left hand side of the 
page.   UNXMIT is good too
but much slower - at least loading (although I haven't used it in a while).  It 
does have the advantage of being
able to read a zipped XMI file.  You have to unzip it first for XMIT Manager - 
at least since windows 7
or maybe before that (I'm pretty sure it worked on ziiped files on older 
win-doze versions).
