Given that I want them for citations in a wiki article[1], a
representative configuration of each, without special features, would
be more than adequate; I'd suggest 8MiB, 1 byte mux and 3 block mux,
with the channels replicated for the MP configurations.

[1] I doubt that the typical reader would know what, e.g.,

7070/7074 COMPATIBILITY FEATURE

are, so there's no point in including them in the price base.
