I was informed today by a source inside IBM that the ZD&T application process for the new Learners Edition version had been in limbo for a while due to internal IBM issues.
My source tells me that the application process is getting back into gear now and will hopefully proceed better from here on. For those of us who applied but had not heard anything back yet, this is good news.
