I totally agree, I never ever recall having an open ticket with IBM on an issue and working with support for over a year on the setup and configuration, even providing all the log and trace data, and still over a year working an issue.

messaging is foreign, to me anyway, multiple places to look for errors.

my site only uses z/OSMF currently to setup the policy agent for TCPIP, and JES2 Email Delivery, I am thankful I SHOULD be retired before I have to think about 2.5
