Use of IEFJOBS in MSTJCL00 may help, I've never tried using an OUTPUT
statement there, but it may be worth a try,
//OUT OUTPUTĀ DEFAULT=YES,JESDS=ALL,CLASS=? not sure the JESDS =ALL will
catch anything other than JESLOG,JESMSGS an JESJCL
I've had issues with temp datasets myself and trying to manage
allocation and or sysout, I don't think I myself have ever solved this.

Given an STC whose stdout goes to a SYSnnnnn data set, is there a way to
control the class of that output? I know the MSGCLASS= value on the STCCLASS
statement in a JES initialization member sets the default for the STC
output, but we want the SYSnnnnn for one STC to be different. Is that
possible? Mr. Google didn't find much. I tried adding explicit DDs for
STDOUT (and STDERR, just in case) but they didn't seem to make any
difference.
