I can confirm this works.

The only restriction is that no crypto and domain combination is in more 
than one LPAR on a given CEC.

Having LPARX using Crypto01 on domain 10 and LPARY using Crypto02 on 
domain 10 is 100% allowed.

Having both LPARX and LPARY using Crypto01 on domain 10 will not be 
allowed. Whichever is activated first will be fine and the other LPAR will 
not be allowed to start.

Now, one point of confusion is that this is for a given CEC. If you have 
two CECs, domains and crypto indices are not cross checked, only within a 
CEC.
