I perhaps wasn't clear that I was NOT suggesting this an acceptable approach-when I have a problem and a vendor (or my own corporate """support""" says "clear your cache and cookies" I say "No. This is not 1995." And don't get me started on the pages that give you BLANK sections in Firefox but work in Chrome.
