Looks like you probably have a RACF issue due to this: CWWKB0118W: This server is not authorized to connect to the IZUANG1 Look for ICH408I messages. Also, we found we needed UJ05022 on z/OS 2.4 to use the software install process for z/OS 2.5. Check your maint levels if you want to install 2.5. Kev Senior
