2240 is a "registered port" for "General Dynamics Remote
Encryptor Configuration Information Protocol (RECIPe)".
2710 ditto for "XBT Tracker. UDP tracker extension is
considered experimental." Could this be an issue? (Of
course, many of the ports that *are* working for you are on
that list, too.)
