No one's mentioned Attachmate Extra!, which surprises me. In the past six or seven clients I think I've used five or six different emulations. I like Extra alright, and BlueZone, and Reflections. For reasons I'm unable to quantify, one I like maybe better than those is QWS3270 by Jolly Giant.
