PCOMM would have to support the "3290" terminal type. I don't use PCOMM, so I don't actually know if it does or not, but I would be amazed if it did.

Anyway, as someone else noted, SPLITV is supported in ISPF only for "3290" types, so the answer to your question would be No. It can't be done.
