We use BMC Mainview for z/OS, CICS, DB2 and Performance Reporter for DB2. These related but separate products that BMC put under one SMPe FMID. The issue we have is that one person does the z/os, cics part and I do the DB2 part. And this causes us to step on each other in terms of maintenance. When we are out of synch BMC Mainview gives a "release mismatch" error. How can we arrange our SMPe or maintenance so we dont step on one another. BMC says the only way is to download all at once.
