Wow. I am trying to figure this out. In general, I would expect that File-Aid wants the program calling data-masking to be compiled at amode31, which should be pretty much all modern compilers, especially those LE enabled.
The "remote" user is a fly in the ointment. I don't see why remote should be relevant.
