Hello We are running a offsite weekly backup for a database, the batch job often gives out IOS050I CHANNEL DETECTED ERROR ON 2100,09,01,**02,PCHID=0109
but after sometime the batch runs and completes successfully. I know our tape drives are quite old(3590). Is there anything that I can check ? I see CHPID are online but these are intermittent.
