I got ya and agree 100%, these folks are not IBM Mainframe literate, they know enough to make life miserable for the team. my suggestion was if they require you to use ISRDDN (the Hammer) they should tell you how to fix a flat tire with said hammer :) or produce the desired output they require with said hammer.
