How? It doesn't seem to be as simple as changing the scheme in
ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/s390/holddata/full.txt
to:
https://public.dhe.ibm.com/s390/holddata/full.txt
... that gives 404. "Bluecoat" seems to be a Symantec subsidiary.
Is it also some sort of proxy?
