No, it's describing the Message Automation Table syntax, where one tells netview how to match messages it might see, and for selected messages invoke specific clists/execs, possibly passing tokens from those messages to the execs. It's allowing one to guarantee that those tokens (or parts) of messages are stripped before being passed, I think.
