Really? Nothing? You did not mention any changes in paging activity?

Is it ONLY your DFSORT jobs affected or other jobs too?

One quick thing I can think of, is the response times of the disks including 
paging rates and your Storage Class SMS setting.

Other than that, I would compare 'old' jobs and 'new' jobs. Also I would use 
RMF, for example, to compare workloads.
