And you've said that multiple times. No-one cares who you work for, but we do care about the technical issues you're facing. Every single time you ask for help, no matter on what topic, it's nearly impossible for anyone to find out what exactly you're trying to do. Why don't you just answer the questions? Are the records in the file in any particular order? Are you looking for particular values in fixed locations in the records? Are you looking for records where there's definable relationships between values in specific records?
