Duplexing of a log stream is a different mechanism than duplexing a structure.
Your CFRM policy for MACK_GENERAL needs the keyword DUPLEX(DISABLED), which is the default, so you need to delete the keyword DUPLEX in the CFRM policy. You'll need one more structure rebuild to get the new CFRM policy active. If you don't have a copy of the CFRM policy definitions, you need to get a report for the policy and rebuild the policy manually. 'Setting up a sysplex' SA23-1399-30 has all the keywords for the CFRM policy, including a very lengthy DUPLEX keyword. Keep the duplexing for the *LOGR* policy.
